Lily Aster Gottfried is the daughter of Gilbert Gottfried, an American actor and comedian who died from recurrent ventricular tachycardia due to myotonic dystrophy type II, on April 12, 2022, at the age of 67. Gottfried, who performed stand-up comedy for over 50 years, appeared on “Late Night with David Letterman”, “The Cosby Show” and for a short time as a cast member of “Saturday Night Live”. He also appeared on television programs like “Celebrity Wife Swap” and “Celebrity Apprentice”.
