American political commentator and author, Dana Perino May 9th, 1972 in Evanston, Wyoming in the United States of America.

She grew up in Denver in Colorado. In Parker, a neighborhood southeast of Denver, she attended Ponderosa High School.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications with minors in political science and Spanish from Colorado State University-Pueblo.

She worked at KTSC-TV, the campus’s Rocky Mountain PBS affiliate, and was a member of the university’s forensics team. She also did the two to six in the morning shift at KCCY-FM. From the University of Illinois Springfield, Perino later earned a master’s degree in public affairs reporting (UIS).

She served as the 26th White House Press Secretary, under President George W. Bush from September 14, 2007, to January 20, 2009.

Perino and her husband Peter McMahon relocated to the United Kingdom after Schaefer declared his retirement in 1998. As the Associate Director of Communications for the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), Perino later joined the White House staff and offered strategic guidance on message development, media relations, and public engagement.

In its report on climate change censorship, the House Oversight Committee, presided over by Rep. Edolphus Towns (D-NY), asserted that the CEQ had undue influence on media relations in governmental scientific agencies throughout her tenure.

Dana Perino is married to Peter McMahon. They have been married since 1998. They got married at Blackpool in the United Kingdom.

Perino has been married to her husband, Peter McMahon but they have no child together as a couple. However, Peter McMahon has two children; Barry and Kelly. It is not known if Dana Perino has kids somewhere she has kept away from the media but she has no child with her current husband.
