Tony Snell Mother: Meet Sherika Brown: Born on November 10, 1991, Tony Snell, officially known as Tony Rena Snell Jr. is an American professional basketball player.

He developed a passion for basketball at a younger age and has been consistent throughout his career rising through the ranks to become one of the most sought-after American basketball players.

At the time of this writing (Saturday, June 17, 2023), Snell is a professional basketball player for the Maine Celtics of the NBA G League.

He played college basketball for the New Mexico Lobos and was drafted with the 20th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls.

Since turning a professional, Snell has had a stint with a number of teams including; Chicago Bulls (2013–2016), Milwaukee Bucks (2016–2019), Detroit Pistons (2019–2020), and Atlanta Hawks (2020–2021).

On August 10, 2021, the Portland Trail Blazers announced that they had signed Snell. In February 2022, he was traded to New Orleans Pelicans.

Snell played on six NBA teams in his career but played in the G-League in 2023. On January 27, 2023, Snell was acquired by the Maine Celtics of the NBA G League.
